| To confirm, a 25% deposit is required with written confirmation and must be received within 7 days otherwise we may re-let the room. In case of a cancellation the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let. An administration fee of £10 will be charged |
| Guests are reminded that once a deposit is paid they are liable in case of cancellation to pay up to two thirds of the total cost of the stay, if we are unable to re-let the room. |
| Guests are advised to take Holiday Insurance, please ask for information. |
| We, the owners shall not be liable to you or any members of your party for any loss, damage or injury however caused. |

| The deposit is non- refundable in the event of a cancellation unless we are able to re-let the cottage. Your booking is a legally binding contract, which means if you cancel your holiday you may lose your deposit and could be faced with paying the whole balance. We strongly recommend you take out insurance. (A form for Cancellation Insurance is available) |
| The Cottage will be ready for you by 4 pm and we ask you to vacate the cottage 10am on your departure date. |
| Any breakages, loss or damage must be reported and paid for. It would be appreciated if the property is left clean and tidy. |
